This class is the first of three Expert Courses in our Mastery Tour Journey to becoming a true master of hair extensions. 

It is a two day hands on technical solutions training, designed to give stylists everything they need to be successful with extensions. This class is designed for everyone, including stylists that may only have a little bit of experience with extensions, to those that are experienced and are ready to take their creativity to the next level. 

During the first day of this class, stylists will be exposed to hours of hands on application of the Tape In and Beaded extensions. Participants will also receive some insight into the opportunities of extensions, and understand how to look at someone and know exactly where that client’s look can be taken to, while maintaining a natural, believable end result. They will also learn how to properly cut and blend the extensions into a client’s hair. On the second day, participants will learn the more advanced methods of extensions, including our Fusion and Sew In Wefts. Participants will also be given some marketing ideas and suggestions to debunk common myths associated with extensions. 

Included in the class fee is a Deluxe Kit for each participant, with all the tools necessary for each application and each participant will be given a certificate as a Master Extension Stylist, to help market themselves.

The class then explores the tools and equipment needed for Keratin Fusion extensions, detailing proper usage, maintenance, and how to use these tools to create custom bonds.

Next, we dive into application techniques with a step-by-step demonstration of the Keratin Fusion process, proper sectioning, strategic placement, and how to achieve a seamless, natural-looking blend. Removal and maintenance are also thoroughly addressed, including safe and efficient removal techniques, educating clients on aftercare, and troubleshooting common concerns. The curriculum continues with color matching and blending—covering how to achieve a flawless match, how to create custom color with fusions, and blending techniques for a natural result. This section also includes the difference between micro and mini bonds, hybrid installs with fusions, creating volume and dimension, highlighting wefts with fusions, and overall hair enhancement strategies.

A crucial portion of the class focuses on consultation and communication—how to conduct effective consultations, manage client expectations, address concerns, and provide clear aftercare instructions. To round out the program, we cover marketing and business growth for Keratin Fusion services, including building a strong online presence, leveraging social media, creating a referral network, and implementing effective marketing strategies to attract new clients.
