Employee Referral Incentive for Customers

SSG is always looking for good people, & you can help. If you know someone who would be a good addition to our team, you can earn an employee referral incentive of $500 of product credit on your account.

Step 1: PROGRAM RULES

  • Must be a Salon Service Group customer (licensed cosmetologist) to earn the product credit.
  • The referral date cannot be earlier than the date the job opening is posted. The hiring of a referred candidate must occur within 180 days (six months) of the initial referral date.
  • The referral must represent the candidate’s first contact with Salon Service Group.
  • Temporary, summer, contract, & former employees of Salon Service Group are not eligible candidates for referral rewards.
  • To be eligible for an account credit, a customer must submit a referral to Human Resources with a candidate referral form & the candidate must submit an employment application within two weeks.
  • The referring customer must agree to have his or her name used when the company contacts the candidate.

  • The first customer to refer a candidate will be the only referring customer eligible for the account credit.
  • Only candidates who meet the essential qualifications for the position will be considered.
  • All candidates will be evaluated for employment consistent with company policies & procedures & best practices.
  • Information regarding the hiring decision will remain strictly confidential.
  • Any disputes or interpretations of this customer referral program will be handled through Human Resources.
  • All referral bonus account credits will be issued following the referred employee’s milestones of employment as follows:
    • $250 at hire
    • $250 at 90 days of employment

This form will be submitted to Salon Service Group Human Resources department HR@salonservicegroup.com. Referred candidate must apply within two weeks of the referral to receive the customer credit incentive.
