Fashion Week is in full swing, which means it’s a sneak peek at everything trendy in the coming months. And we don’t just mean clothing but runway hair, too! Creative hair teams were out in full force to showcase their talent and ingenuity. Here are just a few of our favorite looks!
Good Vibes with Moroccanoil & Veronica Beard
The swinging Sixties are back, baby! Moroccanoil Artistic Director, Kevin Hughes talked about getting inspo for his runway hair looks from Veronica Beard’s groovy collection: “Tons of volume at the crown that falls into a perfectly undone and textured body. A deep side part and full bang really honed in on the theme. The hair is meant to embrace each woman’s natural texture-straight, wavy or curly.”
Side-swept bangs and sweater set say 60’s sweetness:

Sleek Chignons with UNITE & Chocheng
UNITE has been all over New York Fashion Week! Seriously, was there a show this crew WASN’T at?! For the Chocheng show’s runway hair, Lead Stylist @matthewcurtishair and team kept it smooth and straight in a classic rope braid chignon. Just look at how it showcases the model’s beautiful, angled features. To keep those low buns nice and shiny, they prepped the model’s hair with 7SECONDS Glossing. Then, they smoothed with a flat iron and created the braid and knot.
Fashion Week Down Under with KEVIN.MURPHY
While New York Fashion Week is still rolling out looks, we can’t forget about Melbourne Fashion Week. As the official hair partner, the KEVIN.MURPHY team brought great hair for their home country. For the Emporium Street Runway show, it was all about dewy finish and swept back runway hair. The team prepped the hair with ANTI.GRAVITY spray for shine and volume. Next, they used LEAVE.IN REPAIR and HAIR.RESORT SPRAY to push the hair back and add texture.
